The Site is an online information and membership service provided by Abundant Life Coaching, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.

Abundant Life Coaching may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement on the Site. You agree to review this Agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications. Your continued access or use of the Site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

1. COPYRIGHT, LICENSES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The entire contents of the Site, including all training materials, templates, checklists, tools, graphics, text, and code, are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. All copyrights and trademarks are owned by Abundant Life Coaching, its affiliates, or third party licensors.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any manner any material on the Site. You may access and download materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

All materials, content, templates, tools, and resources available through OnlineCoursesLoft.com remain the sole intellectual property of Abundant Life Coaching. Reproduction, redistribution, sharing, or resale of any materials in any form — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Abundant Life Coaching.

TRADEMARKS

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL ABUNDANT LIFE COACHING BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF INFORMATION, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY INFORMATION OR TRANSACTIONS PROVIDED ON OR DOWNLOADED FROM THE SITE.

Abundant Life Coaching makes no representations about any third party website you may access through this Site. When you access a third party website, it is independent from OnlineCoursesLoft.com and Abundant Life Coaching has no control over its content and accepts no responsibility for it.

3. PROGRAMME ACCESS AND MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Upon successful enrolment and payment, you will receive access to the OnlineCoursesLoft.com learning portal and membership ecosystem for a period of 12 months from the date of enrolment.

This access includes training materials, templates, checklists, AI tools, and all resources available within the OnlineCoursesLoft.com Ecosystem at the time of your enrolment. Abundant Life Coaching reserves the right to update, modify, or replace programme content at any time in order to maintain quality and relevance.

Upon expiry of your 12-month access period, access to the portal and all associated materials will cease unless you renew your membership. Abundant Life Coaching is not obligated to provide notice of content changes during your membership period.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

By accessing the Site and membership portal, you agree to use all materials and resources solely for your own personal, non-commercial learning and development. You agree not to:

- Share your login credentials with any other person

- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any materials from the portal

- Use any content from the Site to create competing products or services

- Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Site or the experience of other members

- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive

5. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time. Abundant Life Coaching reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any member's access to the portal and membership ecosystem without refund in the event of a violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:

- Sharing or redistributing membership materials

- Abusive or disruptive conduct

- Any activity that brings Abundant Life Coaching or OnlineCoursesLoft.com into disrepute

The provisions of Sections 1 (Copyright and Intellectual Property), 2 (Use of the Site), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Acceptable Use), and 7 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abundant Life Coaching, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you or any other person accessing the Site using your credentials.

7. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

The provisions of Section 2 (Use of the Site) and Section 6 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of Abundant Life Coaching and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on their own behalf.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Abundant Life Coaching and you concerning this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site or membership must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, or such claim shall be barred.

Abundant Life Coaching's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Abundant Life Coaching may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
